Deadlines & Sponsorship Policies
Sponsorships are accepted on a first-come first-served basis. Sponsorship requests must be in written form and payment must be received within 30-days of application receipt.

In order to receive all of the benefits of sponsorship, sponsors must provide the appropriate materials (i.e. corporate logo, company profile and URL) to Vita Komunikacije as applicable. If this information is not received, sponsors waive their rights to those missed benefits. Vita Komunikacije is under no obligation to issue reminders.

Material (logo and company profile) and any promotional material (tote bag insert) as applicable for the award dinner program must be submitted to Vita Komunikacije 4 weeks prior to the award dinner.

Cancellations must be received in writing and within 60 days of application. Cancellations are subject to a 250 € administration fee.

Vita Komunikacije reserves the right to determine the appropriateness of sponsorship. All sponsor contributions are voluntary. Acceptance of sponsorship does not imply endorsement of sponsors' products or services in any way.
